About the Role

This is a working student position supporting online marketing through data analysis and user research. The role involves generating insights for the CRO team, conducting user tests, and leveraging data tools to enhance marketing decisions. The position is part-time (20h/week) for students enrolled in Berlin/Brandenburg area universities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Data Analyst in reporting and analysis requests from CRO team
  • Conduct user tests and user research
  • Create and run reports in data warehouse and analytics tools
  • Identify patterns and insights from datasets
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Full-time student enrolled in state-accredited Bachelor or Master program in Berlin/Brandenburg area
  • At least 2 years of studies left with expected graduation in late 2026 or later
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English

Nice to Have:

  • First experiences with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
  • Practical knowledge/experience with SQL, Python, Excel
  • Practical knowledge/experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Knowledge of basics of A/B testing
  • Ability to work with diverse team across different time zones
  • Interest in learning how AI applications can improve user experience
