Subscription Credits: Subscribers receive credits based on their selected subscription plan. Different plans offer different credit allocations, which may vary by billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over. Current pricing and credit allocations are available on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
Credit Packs: One-time purchases of credits that never expire. Credit packs are available in various sizes and price points. Pack credits remain available indefinitely and can be used even without an active subscription. Current pack options and pricing are displayed in your account settings and may be updated periodically.

Credit Usage Costs

Different AI-powered features consume different amounts of credits per operation.
Credit costs for each operation type are displayed before you initiate the operation.
Credit costs may change with notice, but will not affect credits already purchased or granted.
We reserve the right to adjust credit costs for new operations or modify costs for existing operations with reasonable notice.

Credit Policies

Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.
If an AI operation fails due to a service error on our part, we will refund the credits used for that operation.
If an AI operation fails due to user error or invalid input, credits will not be refunded.
Expired credits cannot be restored or refunded.
